Testimonials

“My wife and I met Arezou at an open house while we were looking for a home for our family. We were relocating from Hong Kong to the U. S. and had a tight window of time in which to find a property and location that would work for all of us. We met several other buyer’s agents in our initial search, however none were as capable or considerate as Arezou.

“Arezou listened very carefully to our wants and needs – including the needs of our children, schooling and our 3 dogs – and quickly understood what we were looking for, had excellent market knowledge, and took us to see several properties.

“After viewing a number of homes and getting valuable advice from Arezou, we decided to purchase the home in which we first encountered her during her open house. Our purchase was a bit more challenging as we had to return to Hong Kong and Arezou really simplified the process for us. She was a great negotiator, referred us to excellent real estate attorneys, out of whom we chose one, and helped us find a home inspector. While we were overseas Arezou handled all the follow-up with inspection and was very communicative with us, and made sure that everything was in place by the time of our closing.

Arezou's efforts did not stop there – and without her additional help after closing the sale we would have had a lot of difficulties and additional costs. After we closed we were still out of the country for almost 3 months. Arezou diligently visited our house twice per week to make sure that everything remained as it should be, which was crucial (and difficult for her) as this was during the winter months. After we moved she made considerable effort to check on us and welcome us to the area.

“We would highly recommend Arezou to any buyer or seller looking for an expert real estate professional who is knowledgeable, dedicated and caring. She is a wonderful person who made our transition to Newton and the United States so much easier than it otherwise might have been.”
